At Founders Threads, every item is made to order through our production partner to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Because of this, we do not keep stock or accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please review the policy below for eligible cases.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@foundersthreads.org

Include:
Your order number
Photos clearly showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Incorrect Orders or Fulfillment Errors
If you received the wrong item, color, or size due to a fulfillment error, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll correct it promptly with a replacement or refund.
3. Returns for Other Reasons
Because all products are printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Customer input errors during checkout
Please double-check your size chart, color selections, and shipping details before placing your order.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., confirmed defect or misprint), it will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
